healthy advice

hye blogger,
i've some knowledge to share with you
it is about what we eat
do you know the marjerin we eat
spread on the bread ..fries beef burger ..mix in the cake
actually it is not good for us
you know it is better you use cooking oil rather than marjerin
they are both fat,BUT
the different between them is
marjerin=saturated fat which means BAD fat
cooking oil=unsaturated fat which means GOOD fat
saturated fat are hardly to digest
you need to do extra exercise to lose it
the question is, do you do extra exercise??

second,
i would like to suggest you to eat brown rice
i heard that they kind of high price
but it is good
you a standard serving food
then it will keep you full tummy
until you are ready to take next serve
what happen to white rice?
the thing here is
white rice can make full in a short period
then you are hungry again
as a result, you'll eat again and again
rice give us carbohydrate
BUT too much of its
we can only get fat
instead of energy glucose and whatever benefits it have
fruit can help too
it is a kind of brown rice

third,
have you heard about low sugar o FREE sugar
that all bullshit
to be truth with you guys
free sugar means we don't taste the sugar
but doesn't means it is free from its
the manufacture of the free sugar food and drink have their own measurement of quantity of ingredients
free sugar=less sugar
sugar=a huge amount of sugar
which one would you choose??
homemade drink!!
mineral water!!
better think of it keyh

forth,
about fast fruit juice
owhhhh nowdays
we can just go into 7e
then grab a bottle of twister orange
drink all it in a second
"I'm very healthy, it feels like I eat a lot of fresh orange fruit"
bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they just put a flavor and a bit of an extract of fruit
non fresh fruit
do you it is healthy?
naaaaaaaaa..
better you eat fresh fruit

next,
opppsssss lastly
care about what you eat
always eat fresh clean and healty food

that is all from me but the content is from my friend. she is studying the bachelor of food technology in second year. while i'm driving, she keep talking about it and make me afraid to eat and dead. but,it is good right?? we share the knowledge and know what is been hiding from us as a consumer. just use whatever ready in a market. don't want to do more in life. just take fast exit, solution. just a little more it can save a year more of our live.
that's all.

this is my second trial in making Oreo Cheese Cake. very successful (^_^). my first trial failed because i'm using the wrong cheese, the yellowish cheese. so, the thing is you need to use cream cheese for upper layer. yumyum really delicious . so, let digs the ingredient of Oreo Cheese Cake

what do you need?
  • 1 cup cream, lightly whipped
  • 1 cup crushed OREO Original Cookies
  • 100g OREO Chocolate Crème Cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 500g block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 50g OREO Chocolate Crème Cookies, extra, roughly chopped

mix the crumbs & butter & press into springform pan. chill
beat the cream cheese & sugar. put in gelatine mixture, lemon juice, cream & not too much oroe big crush so that the cream layer do not turn into grey color.
pour the filling into the earlier oreo crust.
add what ever you want to add, then keep it in the fridge until it become solid.

heeee...sukenye
